 ONLY online registration is accepted by conference.  Online Registration deadline: September 1st, 2019
 For Chinese Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau Resident/ Trainee, please provide a copy of the identity on site. For Fellow under 35 years old, please present proof of age on site. The Secretariat will charge the appropriate full rate if the delegate fails to provide the necessary information or proof.
 Registration will be confirmed electronically by e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
 A receipt for your registration will be issued on-site.

A Registered Delegates is Entitled to
- Participate in all Scientific Session of the Congress
- All Congress Coffee Breaks and Lunches
- Admission to the Trade Exhibition
- Attend Welcome Reception

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
-Prior to June 30, 2019 – 100% refund
-From June 1, 2019 until September 1, 2019 –  50% refund
-From Septerber 2, 2019 – No refund
